A document can be reassigned by clicking on the ‘Reassign this Document’ button. The ‘Reassign this Document' button is outlined in red below.
A pop up screen will now appear with a drop down list for the user to select the colleague who they choose to reassign the document to. Once the recipient has been selected, the user must click on the 'Reassign Document' button for the process to be completed. The ‘Reassign Document' button is outlined in red below.
*Please note that this is only an option for 'In Progress Documents'; this cannot be completed for 'Completed Documents'.
